What's the Difference Between a Flow and a Sequence?

Often the new users of Setbots — an AI-Powered Bot Platform, find it confusing to understand the difference between Flow and a Sequence.

In simple, "Flow" is a list of Content units that you can use in various sections of Setbots account such as Broadcasting (Broadcasts, Auto Posting), and Automation (Main Menu, Default Reply, Welcome Message, Keywords, Sequences, Rules) as broadcasts to your audience/subscribers.

See the below table to understand the difference between Flow and a Sequence.

FLOW

SEQUENCE

Flow is a specific message.

A sequence is a method to schedule a different set of Flow (messages) to target the audience.

Flow can be used as a message for Sequence.

Messages in all Sequences are Flow.
